Kelly

Kelly has been a registered technician at Brandywine since 2009. She is a 2009 graduate from The Vet Tech Institute at Bradford School.

She currently lives in Zanesville and has been married to Ryan Kohler since July 2013. They have 3 pets: Riley Rue a 13 year old Chihuahua, Bernie a pit mix and  a cat named Gordy. Kelly was blessed with her first child Kinsley Jean, July 2020.

Chris

Chris is a new addition to our Registered Technician Team. However he  is a familiar face to most of you as he started at Brandywine as a kennel attendant while he was attending the Columbus State Veterinary Technology Program where he graduated and became licensed in the state of Ohio.

He and his wife Andrea share a furry family including two Collies named Duff and Angus and 4 cats: Vader, Essie, Belle, and Freyjah.  He also has some scaly friends of the fish variety.

Chris enjoys writing, cars, viking, camping and grilling in his spare time.  His day to day philosophy is to "Save All The Animals"

Sara

Sara has been a registered Veterinary Technician at Brandywine since 2017 and is a Kent State University Veterinary Technology graduate. She currently lives in Warsaw with her husband Matt, her black lab Zeke, yellow lab River and 2 cats; Jaxx and Andy.

Her free time is usually spent fishing, hiking, kayaking and enjoying the outdoors. 

Sara's favorite part of being a Vet Tech is that she learns something new every day as the veterinary field is constantly growing and changing. 

Bessie

Bessie McKenzie has been a registered technician at Brandywine since 2004. She is a Columbus State Community College Veterinary Technology graduate.

She currently lives in Zanesville with her husband Eric. She was blessed with three kids. March of 2012 Ella, August 2014 Peter and December 2017 William. They currently have Walter a Bernese Mountain dog, 1 orange tabby cat from the family dairy farm named Juice, and 30 plus chickens.

 Rachel

Rachel has been with us since May of 2019. She has 8 years of experience in the Veterinary field.

She is a proud mommy of her son Liam. Her fur babies are a huge part of her life as well. She has two ferrets, Nugget and Goose, a cat Dwight, a dog Daisy and a bearded dragon Marcelo. 

 Lindsey

Lindsey is a graduate from Bradford School. She has been with us since June of 2021 and is currently working towards becoming a registered Veterinary Technician.

In her spare time she enjoys riding her side by side, spending time with her family or walking her golden retriever Molly Mae. 

Alyscia 

Alyscia was born and raised in Zanesville. She served in the United States Army for 5 years, worked as a vet technician in Aiken, South Carolina for 2 years then joined us in 2019.

She has 4 kids, including her step daughter. Her kids and her love to care for their 3 dogs,3 cats, 5 horses and about 45 show rabbits. They also enjoy going to rabbit shows and watch movies together.

Her life motto is "It's not about how many times you fall down, it's about how many times you get back up.
