Meet Our Doctors

Lou Anne Taylor, D.V.M., Owner

Dr. Taylor, a Zanesville native, received both her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and a D.V.M. from the OSU College of Veterinary Medicine.   

                                                   
Dr. Taylor's hobbies include: golf, gardening and landscaping, and PETS. She has 14 cats: Charcoal, CoCo LoCo, Fella, Fingey II, Gymmy, Hunter, Moonbeam, Paddy, Peppy, Rickey, Rodger, Rustle, Solo,and Stewie; dogs, Spice and Tony; miniature donkeys, Jesse and Stella.

Dr. Taylor's philosophy is "Look on the bright side, there is some good found in every situation!"

Jeff Hustey, D.V.M, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Hustey came to Brandywine in 1999. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.Ed. from The Ohio State University, and D.V.M. from OSU College of Veterinary Medicine.

His favorite hobby is cycling but he also enjoys tennis, hiking, camping and playing chess. Dr. Hustey has a cat, Filbert, and dog ,Pete.

Dr. Hustey's day to day philosophy is "You learn something new about life through the people you meet each day"!

Jodi Houser, D.V.M, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Houser joined Brandywine in June 2008. A graduate of Miami University with a degree in political science, she received her DVM from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Her hobbies include waterskiing, tennis and OSU football. She has 3 dogs - Eddie, Ellie and Ruby - plus cats, Sylvester and Petunia and goat, Woody. Dr. Houser's motto is to always have fun.
